Shipping Methods:
For UK destinations: greeting card orders are posted by Royal Mail Second Class Letter post, so delivery should be within 3 days; for orders of original artwork, these are insured and shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day, you will need to sign for the package.
For the Rest of the World, card orders are posted by Royal Mail First Class letter post; for orders of original artwork, these are shipped and insured by Royal Mail International Track and Sign, delivery can take up to 7 working days depending on distance and country.
I take great care packing orders and where possible use ecologically sensitive packing. However one covering needs to be waterproof. Please be aware that gouache (which is like opaque watercolour) is water based so completely damaged once in contact with liquids.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, please photograph the order and send me the photos by email so I can claim from Royal Mail and resolve the problem.
Returning an Order:
I'd be really sorry if you were not happy with your order. I accept returned artwork so long as it is not damaged and is packed as well as I sent it. The value of the artwork is refunded but not the postage.

My website and store is hosted on FORMAT. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. All financial transactions are carried out through PayPal which involves taking you to their site. You do not need to have a PayPal account and may opt to use your credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay me directly via BACS just let me know before you make an order.
Terms and Privacy
You may not use my cards nor paintings for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to intellectual copyright laws). That includes any publicity or film shot of any interior where my items are placed eg one of my paintings hanging on a wall.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from me.
Prices of cards and paintings may change in the future and you would be notified if you had expressed an interest in purchasing one. The items in the shop will be refreshed, with sold items removed and new items uploaded. New greeting cards will be coming in the spring 2021.
I have taken care reproducing the colours but of course tablet, phones and laptops may alter intensity. The colour of toned paper may be stronger or darker than appears on the website store. If you are concerned please contact me before buying and I will post you a sample of the paper.
I do not store your financial details, only your name and email, and if you order, your delivery address. If you subscribe to my newsletter be assured I do not sell subscriber lists nor give out addresses nor personal details to a Third Party.
